Based on the current crisis in Thailand, there are alternatives for strategic direction as follows
1.Revise the target
2.Cut cost
3.Use the current excess resources ,due to low business volume, restructure the organization for the future
4. Work harder and smarter to deliver promised.
5. Combination of 1-4
There always pros and cons in each alternatives.
As a member of the organization, which choices will you pick and why?

ตอบลบNo single option would be the correct choice. One must attack the problem from various angles and consider applying various tactics.

Current crisis is culmination of injustice, in both political and financial policies for Thais.
Also, Thailand as a class based society, those who were born as low class people have no chance of become anything better than their parents.
People need hope, not resignation.

ตอบลบI think current crisis in Thailand is more politic than economic. And politic non-stability make economy weaker. So choise would be a combination of politics and economic decisions to improove the situation. It would be better #5.
